Waltair Veerayya (2023) Notorious fisherman – people smuggler from Vizag needs money to fight his case in court. He is contacted by CI Seethapathi, who tells him about the notorious drug lord Solomon Caesar, who had escaped from detention of RAW, after killing several police officers, Seethapathi, who was in charge of Caesor’s custody, was suspended from his service. He asked Weerya to extradite Caesar from Malaysia to India in exchange for money. Veeraya accepts the deal and travels to Malaysia with Shethapathee’s friend and brother-in-law. They check into a hotel owned by Caesar and plot to kidnap him.
